Working in a 9 to 5 job is really normal, try working from 9 to 10! Well, my boss wasn't to blame. She herself had worked till 3 am yesterday!
Being in a marketing part of the company isn't that easy. She met merchants, bosses, agency people, merchants and the cycle continues. She have lots of meetings daily and when she comes back, she have to clear her emails or else she might miss out updates. Such a busy life!
As for me, I worked for her so naturally, I am very busy as well. Work work work all day, and there are parts where I do not look forward to.
I think I have changed too. In the past, I do not wish to go home so soon. I would stay out till around 7 and then went back home. Now, I can't wait to go home. Even during weekends, I do not have the urge to go shopping. I just want to rest at home, read a book and listen to good music. That is why I felt tame. At my young age, so many things that I have yet experienced, but now I felt like a 20 odd office worker who relaxes by sitting at home and rest.
Maybe I should start doing things when I am free. Like I can utilise the time on Sundays to go gymming, or baking. Something enjoyable and interesting. Good thing is that I would be leaving this job in a couple of months time to pursue further education. But till now, I shall be tamed and be a good and boring girl.
Not that I wished to be wild like a clubber. I just want more out of my life. Like scuba diving, learning new things and have a great trip. Now, that would be nice. But of course, I would need to have money to do all that. Well, time to start saving! =)
Okay, getting tired. Got to go and sleep. nitey!
